DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- Police in Dallas say they have apprehended the suspects involved in the shooting and killing of an armored car driver during a robbery last month.
52-year-old David Ruback was murdered when the armored car he was driving was robbed on September 1st. He was an employee of GardaWorld Cash and was making a delivery to a business on S. Carroll Avenue.

Security camera video showed a white sedan approach the truck. Two men got out wearing all-black clothing, masks and what appeared to be body armor. One of the suspects opened fire. Ruback was shot and killed.
Dallas Police say their investigation identified 24-year-old Francisco Montez as the suspect who pulled the trigger. He has been arrested and is charged with capital murder.
Shortly after police announced that arrest, they located and arrested the man suspected of being Montez's accomplice. Genaro Rivera, age 21, is accused of being the getaway driver. He's currently in police custody and is also charged with capital murder.
