Dallas Police say Mr. McCoy has been located and is safe.
Dallas police are asking for help finding a 78-year-old man who could be in need of help.
Police say Billy McCoy was last seen around 10 a.m. Monday in the 2900 block of Duncanville Road in Dallas.
Police say McCoy left on foot using a black walker. He's described as a white man, about 5'8 and 155 pounds. He has blue eyes, gray hair and a white beard.
Anyone who sees McCoy or who knows where he might be is asked to call the Dallas Police Department at 911 or (214) 671-4268.
