Nearly a year after a woman was murdered in Dallas, police have a photo of the car they've been looking for plus a Ring doorbell video showing a man detectives call their suspect.
In April 2022, the victim identified as Ja Meesa Anderson-Busby was shot and killed on Grove Oaks Boulevard in Pleasant Grove, just two blocks north of Spruce High School.
Police are now circulating a picture of a gray two-door car driving along that stretch of Grove Oaks. The video shows a man in a gray hoodie and red pants walking down the street. But soon, the man is in the same frame with two other people. One of them takes off sprinting down the block while the man in the red pants turns and sprints the other way.
Detectives are hoping someone will recognize that man and call in a tip.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information called into Crime Stoppers that leads to the arrest and indictment for this felony offense and other felony offenses. Call Crime Stoppers at 214-373-TIPS (8477), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
