A silver alert for Fulton Plouche, 86, has been discontinued as of Sunday morning. Pluoche had been reported critically missing by the Dallas Police Department on Saturday, while the state has also issued a silver alert.
Police said that Plouche was last seen just after 7 a.m. in the 1700 block of Eastcliff Drive. They believed he may be confused and in need of assistance.
