A November shooting in Dallas has now turned into a murder and the man originally arrested has been now been charged accordingly.
On November 18th a man named Mark Martin was badly wounded in an Oak Lawn shooting. He died a little less than a month later.
Initially, a man named Mark Aguirre was charged with Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon.
Dallas police now say, with Martin's death, the charge against Aguirre has been upgraded to murder with a new arrest warrant issued to reflect the new charge.
