A Dallas widow, who's husband was killed by her former boyfriend according to police, has been arrested herself.
49 year old James Faith was fatally shot the morning of Oct. 9 outside his north Oak Cliff home as he and his wife, Jennifer Faith, were walking their dog.
Thursday, police along with ATF agents, arrested Faith on a federal charge of obstruction of justice.
Police say 48 year old Darrin Lopez, Jennifer Faith's former boyfriend in high school and college was the shooter, and that the two had been involved in an emotional affair, communicating through texts.
Lopez was arrested in Tennessee and extradited to Dallas, where he sits behind bars on a million dollar bond.
