Dallas-Fort Worth home prices are increasing at their fastest pace ever, based on the latest data from the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Index.
The latest figures are from October and show North Texas home prices were up nearly 25 percent compared to the year earlier, the second straight month that area price increases set a record.
The rate is the fifth-higest rate in the country, behind only Phoenix, Tampa, Miami and Las Vegas.
