The Dallas Zoo is hosting Dog Days on Feb. 27, a one-day event that lets visitors bring their dogs along with them as they explore select areas of the zoo together, a rare chance for four-legged companions to join in a zoo visit.
The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Dallas Zoo in Marsalis Park, where guests and their pups can walk zoo paths, enjoy the scenery and make memories while still following Zoo safety and ticketing rules.
Normally, pets are not allowed inside the zoo — only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted under standard policy — so Dog Days represents an exception built into the zoo’s annual calendar of experiences for members and ticket buyers.
