Dog seized in Fort Worth after it attacked teen girl

A dog has been seized in Fort Worth after it attacked a teenaged girl.

Animal Services apprehended the dog after it attacked a 14-year-old girl in northeast Fort Worth.

Investigators along with Animal Services are still trying to piece together how the attack happened, but the attack occurred on Emma Street.

The girl was treated at the scene and then taken to Cook Children's Hospital. Her condition is unknown.

The dog who attacked the girl was captured and is in quarantine at the Fort Worth Animal Care and Control Shelter.

Animal services confirmed the dog has an owner.
