Police say Jose Mendez is wanted for the murder of 47-year-old Margarita Pagoaga, who was shot to death outside her home on Grove Oaks Boulevard.
Police haven't said what the relationship was between Mendez and Pagoaga, but they list domestic violence as the cause of the shooting.
