The body of a missing Duncanville woman has been found in Dallas.
Juanita Elena Rodriguez had been reported missing by her family after she left home on Friday and failed to return. She didn't show up for work on Monday or Tuesday. Dallas Police had located her car on Monday on Navy Avenue.
On Wednesday, officers were called out to a vacant lot on South Ledbetter Drive near Kiest Boulevard in southwest Dallas. They found a woman's body wrapped in a plastic tarp. The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office says it is Rodriguez, and that she had been shot and killed. Her death is being classified as a murder.
