Dallas Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott is being sued by a Frisco woman who was attacked by his dog in May.

The lawsuit was first acquired by TMZ which reports that Jennifer Gampper is asking for a million dollars.

That day in May, Ellliot's rottweiler escaped his property while a landscaping crew was working in Elliott's yard.

Gampper claims the dog attacked her, leaving her with "severe and permanent injuries."

There were actually three of Elliott's dogs on the loose that day and police gave him three citations for having a "Dog at Large."

Last year, a pool cleaner sued Elliott, saying his Rottweiler bit her on the arm and dragged her, and then his two bulldogs began attacking her legs, as well.
