ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD)- Dallas Cowboys fans are celebrating Sunday's win against Cincinnati. The Bengals are defending AFC champions and were favored to win by 7.5 points, but the Cowboys won, 20-17, with a field goal as time expired.
"This was a ten out of ten. I couldn't have expected things to go this well," one fan visiting from New York said.
"The defense is unstoppable," another said. "Nobody stopped our defense."
The Cowboys were playing without Dak Prescott, who is expected to miss several more weeks with a hand injury.
"I didn't think they were going to make it because they've got a lot of injuries," one fan said.
Outside of the success against Cincinnati, the Cowboys fans visiting from New York say they were glad to spend time in Arlington.
"It was a nice experience just taking everything in," one said. "This whole area here is just gorgeous."
"The respect they had for the Bengals fans was pretty amazing," another said. "There was nothing you would expect that you'd see on the East Coast."
The win moved the Cowboys to one and one; they play next Monday at the New York Giants. This Monday afternoon, the Giants were listed as three point favorites.
