Officials say 43-year old Lukumond Olatunji and 41-year old Vincent Thompson are accused of not only sexually assaulting a teen girl in two different locations, they are also charged with production of child pornography for making a cell phone video of at least one of the assaults. That is what makes it a federal case.

Legal analyst Jason Friedman says the feds have more tools to use against the suspects.

According to court papers, on October 23rd the 14-year old girl was walking home from school when the men convinced her to get into their car. They drove the girl to an alley where they sexually assaulted her, then to a motel where they attacked her again. This time the girl managed to escape and call for help.
