There's still a wet, soggy mess in the Bryan Place neighborhood of Dallas where a fire hydrant sprung a big leak last night.
The gushing hydrant poured thousands of gallons of water onto Ross Avenue near Central Expressway.
Pedestrians were seen trying to cross Ross but they turned back when they realized the water was waist high.
Drivers also tried to cross and some of them stalled out.
Dallas Water Utilities said it was trying to figure out what caused the problem.
