Fletcher’s Corny Dogs are a staple of the State Fair of Texas and now with their roaming food trucks, you can enjoy them any time you want.

Next time you do, make sure to wash it down with a Fletcher’s inspired beer!

Fletcher’s has teamed with Martin House Brewery out of Fort Worth to create a one-of-a-kind mustard flavored beer!

The beer is created by starting with a sour base, after which brewers add corn, several giant tubs of mustard from Restaurant Depot, and the secret ingredient: pickle brine from Best Maid Pickles.

Shugg Cole, the brewery’s marketing director says it tastes like “mustard with a boozy kick.”

The beer will make its debut at Martin House’s hot dog-themed party Glizzy Fest that will feature  a John Cougar Mellencamp cover band, food trucks, a dunk tank and a hot dog eating contest.

Fletcher’s Mustard Beer will be available on tap and in cans.

And depending on how well that goes, we could see Fletcher’s Mustard Beer have a wider release.

Cole told Dallas Morning News, “It’s awesome. It’s the bomb.  We can’t wait to get this one out there.”
