A one-time Frisco school district employee now has a court date for December to face child sexual assault charges.
Cody Wertheimer is up on one count of sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child relating to possession of child pornography.
Over the past seven years, Wertheimer has worked as a Frisco school crossing guard, a substitute teacher and a special education aide at Reedy High School.
His first court appearance is now set for December 11th.
