A Mansfield man convicted of child porn is sentenced to 35 years in prison.
65-year-old Christian Rewoldt used to be a child psychologist for the Crowley School District. He worked with special needs students.
At the time of his arrest in 2023, the district said it had no indication he had inappropriate contact with any kids. He was arrested at his home after getting a tip about the child porn from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
According to the Tarrant County District Attorney's office, Rewoldt pled guilty to five counts and the court slapped him with a 35-year sentence -- 7 years for each count.
