A Forney resident, who wished to remain anonymous, got lucky in Kosse, Texas, a small-town southwest of Waco, after he purchased a winning scratch off lottery ticket worth $5 million.
The $200 Million Ca$h scratch off ticket was purchased at Stop N Start Travel Center #2, at 506 W. Washington St., in Kosse.
This was the second of four $5 million prizes to be claimed in this game.
