FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD)- A man is in the hospital after crashing a stolen SUV in Fort Worth overnight.
A little before 10 p.m. a victim was carjacked on Fort Worth's near east side. The victim was not hurt but the SUV was long gone.

However, police found it pretty fast and got on its tail. The thief wound around a short while and was going very fast. Pretty soon he lost control and crashed the SUV through a fence -- getting thrown from the wreckage at a business on South Riverside.
MedStar rushed him to the hospital. His condition has not been released.
The SUV was going so fast it ended up on top of a car parked at the business.
