FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD)- The Fort Worth ISD is apologizing after an online meeting was hacked.

The incident occurred Monday during a meeting of the School Health Advisory Council.

During a discussion on the human sexuality curriculum, some participants displayed images that the district described as pornographic.

The meeting was paused as IT addressed the situation.

The district says it will be taking appropriate action against those responsible.

The 21-member advisory council is comprised of parents, staffers and community members.

It's unclear what connection, if any, the hackers have to the district.
