Police are still talking with witnesses but here's what they have confirmed for us so far. A driver has been taken to John Peter Smith in critical condition after being shot.
It happened around 8:30 this morning on westbound I-30 at Cooks Lane. Witnesses say two drivers started shooting at each other, no word yet on what led to the shooting.
Investigators say several drivers pulled over to help the victim after the shooting. No word yet on any arrests.
