A Fort Worth man has been sentenced for violating his probation in a case where he was convicted of sexually assaulting a young relative.
Court records show 31-year-old Andrew Nunez was originally convicted and sentenced to ten years on probation for the aggravated sexual assault of the young girl for five years beginning when she was just eight.
But Tarrant County prosecutors have now charged him with violating the terms of his probation so now he's been sentenced to 20 years of hard time.
