
A Fort Worth man is going to prison over the 2018 murder of a man at a south Fort Worth convenience store on James Avenue near I-20.
Court records show 22-year-old Tyderion Berryhill was convicted of murder in the shooting death of Raymond Huerta who was in the store to visit his wife who worked there.
Prosecutors told the jury Berryhill was one of four men who took part in the robbery.
One of the other suspects, Marquis Sypho, was convicted of firing the fatal shots and he's doing life behind bars.
Berryhill was sentenced to 25 years.
