A Fort Worth police officer has been suspended after being arrested in Saginaw on Monday.
Reports say Saginaw police were called to what was described as a "domestic violence incident" and that's where they arrested Fort Worth officer Derek Maly who was off-duty at the time.
Maly has been with the Fort Worth police department for about a year.
Fort Worth commanders promise a thorough investigation to collect and review the facts. Meanwhile, Maly has been placed on restricted duty and has been stripped of all police powers until the investigation is complete.
