The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place in the early hours of Sunday morning that left one person injured.
According to NBCDFW, police received multiple calls about a shooting in which someone may have been injured at approximately 1:44 a.m. Once on location in the 6600 block of McCart Avenue, officers discovered shell casings.
Shortly afterward, South units were made aware that an individual had arrived at a local hospital having suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim is in a stable condition.
The investigation remains ongoing and at this time no suspects have been arrested.
