Fort Worth police have now identified the man jailed after a chase that ended in a crash that hurt six people Sunday.
Police say Dartanyon McDaniel is up on a string of charges including aggravated assault and aggravated kidnapping.
Police were trying to pull McDaniel over after a woman said he was following her around and shooting at her car. He tried to get away and led a high speed chase until he caused a crash near Loop 820 and Ramey.
Of the six people hurt, two required hospital treatment.
Other charges against McDaniel include evading arrest, unlawfully carrying a weapon, violating a bond or protective order and abandoning or endangering a child. Total bond on all of that is about $70,000.
