Fort Worth Police say road rage led to a shooting along I-35W Tuesday morning.

They say two cars were driving north on the 35W frontage road near Felix Street south of Downtown about 5:20 a.m.

Police say the drivers of the two cars had "an incident or exchange." As they approached Felix Street, police say the victim told them the other driver pulled a gun and shot at his car. Police say a bullet hit the driver's side and continued into the passenger's side. Someone inside was hit in the arm.

The victim was treated at the scene and should be okay. Police say the gunman continued north on the 35W frontage road.

Tuesday morning, Fort Worth Police had not made any arrests. The department's Gun Violence Unit is leading the investigation.
