Fort Worth will be hosting a vigil Monday at City Hall for the victims of Central Texas flooding.
The vigil will begin at 7:00pm Monday on the back porch of City Hall.
Both the Fort Worth Police and Fire Departments will be on hand taking donations for those in need and city leaders will be sharing how North Texans can continue to help the families of the Hill Country.
"I know our hearts continue to break for those who have been impacted by the floods in the Texas Hill Country, especially in our own community who have been personally affected by devastating loss," Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker said in a social media post.
Parker said the vigil is an opportunity to grieve together and honor the lives lost.
