A trial is underway for Paige Lawyer, the Fort Worth man accused of murdering his girlfriend and her 10-year-old daughter six years ago.
Prosecutors report that Lawyer had a long history of domestic violence against O'Tishae Womack. The mother and daughter were found strangled in their apartment.
Detectives believe the victims were killed to prevent Womack from testifying in a domestic violence trial.
