Fort Worth Zoo elephant enjoys last day of summer swim

With Fall arriving today, the Fort Worth Zoo's Elephant "Bowie" made good use of the last full day of Summer by taking a dip in his favorite pool yesterday.

Video from the zoo shows Bowie enjoying the waterfall feature in his pool, allowing the water to splash him in the face with what sure looks like a big elephant smile on his face.

Even though Fall begins today, zookeepers figure Bowie will keep cooling off in the pool, especially since temperatures are expected to return to the 90s by this weekend.
