FRISCO (1080 KRLD)- A former Frisco ISD employee has been arrested after inappropriate pictures were found in a bathroom.
In a letter sent home to parents at Newman Elementary school, those illicit pictures were found in the boys' bathroom near a gym. Several 5th-grade students saw the pictures.
Police determined that 60-year-old Ruben Bustillos was responsible. He was arrested for the Sale, Distribution, or Display of Harmful Material to a Minor, which is a Class A misdemeanor.
The Frisco ISD says Bustillos was an employee of the district, but not a teacher, and has since been fired.
