It's 40 years in prison for a Frisco man who preyed on a young girl for two years before she told a school counselor about the abuse.
Reports say Christopher Gonzalez pleaded guilty on the day he was supposed to go to trial.
The charge was for continuous sexual abuse of a trial and prosecutors say the abuse began when the was just 9-years-old.
The 40-year sentence for Gonzalez comes with no provision for parole so he will be over 80 years of age when he's released.
