Eighteen-year-old siblings have been arrested in Frisco and charged in a high-speed crash that killed an elderly Frisco couple last month.
Yesterday, Frisco police arrested Jade Walker and Jaden Walker on two counts of manslaughter in the deaths of Clarence and Jacquelyn Buhler who were both in their late 70s.
The Buhlers were in an SUV that was heavily damaged in a chain reaction crash on March 27th.
Investigators say the crash was caused by one of two vehicles going 90 to 100 miles-an-hour. Police learned that the Walker siblings were each driving a car, apparently racing one another.
Last year in Frisco, three people including Divya Avula, Raja Gavini and Premnath Ramanatham were killed in crash that was also blamed on a speeding driver believed to be going at least 80 miles-an-hour.
Frisco Chief of Police David Shilson says "these cases highlight the dangers that racing and excessive speeds pose to our community."
