Fugitive on DPS top 10 most wanted list captured in Dallas

A young woman wanted for the murder of a Sonic manager in San Antonio was arrested in Dallas Tuesday.

Teenager Adiah Namir Roberson has been on the Texas Department of Public Safety's '10 Most Wanted Fugitive' since July 16th, 2024. Roberson allegedly shot and killed a manager of a Sonic Drive-In in San Antonio. She is also wanted for forging a government document in Bexar County.

Dallas and Grand Prairie Police, along with members of the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force, and DPS Special Agents found and arrested Roberson in Dallas, Tuesday.

DPS was offering a $5,000 reward for a tip that led to her arrest. As of Wednesday, they are still working to figure out if someone will get that reward.
