Funeral arrangements have been finalized for Dallas Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson.
On Monday, January 8, there will be a public viewing at the Hall of State at the State Fair of Texas in Fair Park. It will be from 10:00 am to 3 pm.
Monday evening there will be a wake service at the Concord Church at 6808 Pastor Bailey Drive in Dallas. The funeral will be at the church Tuesday at 10:00 am.
There will be a graveside service in Austin, at 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Texas State Cemetery.
The Golden Gate Funeral Home says all of the services will be open to the public.
Johnson, a former State Legislator, and Congresswoman, died Sunday at her home at age 88.
