A memorial service at AT&T Stadium will honor the life of a West Mesquite High School graduate who died Christmas Day from what the medical examiner determined to be an accidental gunshot.
After leaving West Mesquite, Ty-Coreus Jordan went to Utah to play football with hopes of going to the NFL.
Last night, friends and family gathered at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas for a visitation. Today his funeral at AT&T Stadium begins at 11 a.m.
The university is sending his Utah team-mates to Texas to attend today's service.
The team will carry Jordan into the end zone one last time.
