New information into the deadly weekend accident at Grapevine Lake that killed an 18 year old on a kayak.

Texas Game Wardens and Grapevine Police are working to build a case against the woman suspected of operating the jet ski that ran down and killed 18-year-old Ava Moore.

"We're having our Game Warden Forensics Reconstruction and Mapping Team coming in now," Game Warden Captain Joseph Quintero said at a news briefing Wednesday.

"We have a forensics team that can come in, map, and actually use technology to recreate the boat accident," Quintero said.

After the accident, the suspect drove off with a man, hitting two cars.

After getting more than 900 tips, police were able to track them down and arrest them at a Dallas home.

Police say Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez was speeding when she hit Moore. She is charged with second-degree felony manslaughter and could face more charges.

Members of ICE say both of the suspects are in the country illegally from Venezuela. They were arrested at the time they crossed the border and then released.
