Garland police are searching for the man they say shot and killed a woman early Tuesday morning.
Police got a call about a shooting around 2 Tuesday morning at an apartment complex on Chaha Road. When officers got there - they found the victim in the parking lot. She was taken to the hospital, but she didn't make it.
Investigators figured out the victim and another woman were involved in some sort of fight when they say 39-year-old Robert Kelly of Dallas shot the victim and drove off.

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to Kelly’s arrest.
