Three men are under arrest in Garland after police say they stole a trailer and fired on officers.
Police say the three were located at LaPrada and 635. A short vehicle chase ensued before all three men jumped out of the vehicle and took off on foot.
Matt Pesta with Garland police says two of the men were quickly apprehended.
"As the third suspect continued running, an officer gave chase. The suspect fired one shot at the officer, before running into a storm drain," Pesta says.
He says after police and SWAT surrounded the storm drain the man came out peacefully and was taken into custody. A gun was found inside the storm drain.
No injuries were reported.
