Garland police have confirmed the identity of the victim who was killed Sunday night in an apparent road-rage attack on 635-LBJ.
Police say the victim has now been identified as Cesar Moreno-Pompa who was driving south when he was shot by someone in an SUV near Centerville.
Police describe it only as a mid-size SUV. But they're hoping someone might come forward with dash cam video showing what happened.
