Garland police need your help locating an 86-year-old man who has been missing for 5 days.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Paul Welch. Police say he left home Sunday and was headed to Georgia but never arrived. He has dementia and other health conditions and police are concerned about his safety.
Welch is white, about 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has balding gray hair and greenish-blue eyes.
He's likely driving a silver Chrysler 300 with Texas license plate CH2 T402.
