Garland police say they now have a warrant to arrest their suspect in the double murder of two young men from Wylie.
Police reports show the victims were gunned down on January 14th in the parking lot of a restaurant on West Buckingham.
Police now say their suspect is a 16-year-old from Dallas named Amancio Anton Noriz. Normally, police would not release the name of a teenage suspect but investigators say the court has given them the go-ahead to identify Noriz.
Amancio is described as a Hispanic male with dark hair, and brown eyes, approximately 4’ 9” in height, and weighing around 120 pounds.
Garland Police are asking anyone who knows where he is to come forward with that information. Tips may be submitted anonymously to Garland Crime Stoppers at 972-272-TIPS (8477) or at garlandcrimestoppers.org. A reward of up to $5000 is being offered for any information that leads to an arrest.
