Garland police say they know the suspected killer they're looking for, but they need the public's help in finding him.
Garland police are asking for help finding 19-year-old Kadarrion Kanard Scott from Mesquite in connection to the shooting.
Police say 20-year-old Drevon Bowman of Dallas was shot and killed in the early morning hours last week during a party in Garland. The shooting happened at a party on Captains Place.
Investigators said there was a disturbance at a party which led to the shooting. When police got there they found the victim. He died at the hospital.
If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Scott, they are encouraged to call the Garland Police Department at 972-485-4840. Tips may also be submitted anonymously to Garland Crime Stoppers at garlandcrimestoppers.org or 972-272-8477 (TIPS). A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for any information that leads to Scott's arrest.
