The Godley ISD fired one of its coordinators after her past came back to haunt her.
The district fired Ashley Ketcherside from her positions as a sex education coordinator for the School Health Advisory Board, athletic booster, and cheerleading coach.
The decision to fire Ketcherside came after the district discovered that she had two convictions for prostitution in 2012 and 2016.
Godley ISD was made aware of Ketcherside's past after some suspicious parents looked into her background using public search records online.
