We now know what the Texas legislature will be working on when their special session opens tomorrow as Governor Greg Abbott released his agenda today.
Only the govenor can set the agenda and he's put 11 items up for discussion and among the one of the hot button items is the elections integrity bill, the bill that the Lt Govenor Dan Patrick says is being dialed back.
In what many says is an aggressive agenda, lawmakers will also take up social media cennsorship and whether critical race theory can be taught in public schools.
Lawamkers will also discuss border security, tighter restrictions on abortion,
and a bill that only allows students to take part in UIL sports for the sex that was on their original birth certificate.
