Grand Prairie (1080 KRLD) - Grand Prairie Police say someone inside an apartment fired a gun, with the bullet traveling through the wall, killing a man in another apartment.
It happened early Sunday morning at a complex in the 2300 block of Dalworth Street. Police responded to a call about a shooting and found the body of a 32-year-old man in one apartment. Detectives determined 29-year-old Marque Wilford was in an adjoining apartment when he fired the gun and the bullet traveled through the wall and into the adjacent apartment, striking the victim.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police arrested Wilford on a manslaughter charge. He's being held at the Grand Prairie Detention Center on a $50,000 dollar bond.
