The victim murdered in Grand Prairie last week has now been identified as a Grand Prairie man named Simon Nguyen.
Police reports say Nguyen was found shot last week at a home on Coffeyville Trail about a mile north of Joe Pool Lake. Friends took him to a freestanding emergency center where police were called.
Police arrived to find Nguyen had been pronounced dead.
Police now say two men were captured over the weekend. One suspect identified as Nathan Nix is the primary suspect. Police believe he and Nguyen were engaged in "high risk activity" when the shooting occurred.
A second man identified as Nakarius Hall, is described as an accomplice, and he was captured at his Arlington home.
