There's a new prediction for tonight's final game in the American League Championship Series between the Texas Rangers and the Houston Astros. SEA LIFE Grapevine has allowed one of its rescued sea turtles to weigh in on the likely winner of the competition. His pick: The Texas Rangers.
The team at the aquarium placed the green sea turtle, named JC, into a tank with two signs displaying the logos of the two teams. Video shows him choosing the Texas Rangers logo multiple times. Staffers at the aquarium say that means his prediction for a Rangers victory is "turtley" clear.
JC has been at SEA LIFE Grapevine since April of this year. Visitors can see him in the aquarium's Sea Turtle Rescue Center.
The Texas Rangers take on the Houston Astros tonight in Houston at 7:03 p.m. You can hear Game 7 of the American League Championship Series on 105.3 The Fan. The winner of tonight's game will advance to the World Series.
