Another day, another H-E-B opening in North Texas, this one in far north Fort Worth.

Today they will hold the ribbon cutting for the new H-E-B store on Heritage Trace Parkway. The Alliance store is the fifth H-E-B location to open in DFW and the first in Tarrant County.

H-E-B previously opened grocery stores in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and Allen in Collin and Denton counties. A store currently under construction in Mansfield is expected to open sometime this summer and will be the second Tarrant County location. The Fort Worth store will open officially to the public tomorrow. Last week the company broke ground on a new store in Prosper.
